Michael Denanno, a cripple, will have to spend three months in the Philadelphia House of Correction for begging on the streets, although ho owns three properties worth £3,000. Judge Audenroid denied Denanno’s application for freedom from the sentence imposed recently by Magistrate llenshaw. It was testified that Denanno’s homo on Thirteenth street, near Dickinson, is luxuriously furnished, richly carpeted, and equipped with a player piano.
