OIL MILLS FIRE
Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. SYDNEY, November 30. The fire at Meggitt’a linseed oil mills at Parramatta was difficult to handle. It is a. aix-elory building, and in it 100,000 gallons of oil were stored. A 15,000 gal tank was burnt,_ and rivulets of burning oil flowed down the street; the balance was drained into the river to prevent it’ catching fire. Fifteen thousand tons of linseed meal are still burning. The insurance on the property wan £20,000.
