DRAWN FROM FLANDERS TO STEM THE RUSSIANS. LONDON, November 29. Dutch newspapers report a great withdrawal of Germans from Belgium for Poland. AMSTERDAM. November 29. Whereas the Germans reported that great reinforcements had been sent to Flanders, it has now been ascertained that all the Belgian railways were for many nights and days monopolised in transporting troops to Poland.
