The deputy trustee states that the present value of tho Harrop bequest is approximately £33,000. The exchange of land between tho Diocesan Trust Board and the City Council has been completed. The. following vacancies have occurred in tho of Management Von. Archdeacon Neild and Rev. E. D. Evans, who resigned on leaving the diocese; and Rev. Canon CurzonKipgers. Messrs C. C. Graham S. Brent S. T. Mirams, W- T. Talboys, F O.'Bridgeman, T. W. Kemp tho me, and J. Lethbridge, who retire in accordance with tho articles, but are eligible for re-election. Mr J. hj. Graham, the auditor, also retires, but offers himself for re-election.
