ANNUAL SALE OF SHOW EXHIBITS. The Otago Fanners’ Co-operative Association of New Zealand, Limited, report:.—We held our annual sale o£ show exhibits on Thursday last, when we offered and sold for Mr Arthur Chamberlain (Ellesmere, Canterbury), the shorthorn bull Charming Count 21st (2,645), sire Charming Count (imp., 2,009), dam Wild Rose (4,478). This bull has a big show ring record to his credit, and was first and champion at Tahuna Park. He was purchased at a very high figure by Mr James Miller (Braeraorc, Maungatua). On account of the same owner we sold the firstprize two-year-old shorthorn bull White Charming Duke 7th, sire Charming Count tilst (2,645), dam Snowdrop (4,456), at a high price, to Mr James T. Tisdall (Middleman:!:) ; on account of Mr Wm. Waddell (Rough Craig, Waikaka Valley), shorthorn null, sire Holdfast (2,303), dam Waikaka, by Dandy (4,487), at a satisfactory price, to Mr W. T. Conner (Brighton); on account of Mr James Miller (Braemoro, Maungatua), the shorthorn bull Duke of Roxburgh, bred by Mr W. B. Cunningham (Leeston, Canterbury), at a high figure, to Mr Jasper Clark (Lovells Flat) ; oil account of the sama owner, yearling shorthorn bull, sired by Duka of Roxburgh, dam Fancy 11., at a satisfactory price, to Mr R. Hagan (Palmerston); on account of the sama owner, bull calf, sire Duke of Roxburgh, to Mr J. Keir (Charlton); on account of Hon. R. Heaton Rhodes (Otahuna, Tai Tapio), two-year-old red polled bull, sire The Prawn, dam Daisy Girl, sire IV. bv Otahuna, at a high price, to Mr Palmer, Otokia; on account of the same vendor, two-year-old red polled bull, sired bv The Prawn, dam Daisy Girl, sire V. by Otahuna, at a satisfactory price, to Mr D. Ferguson (Warrington) ; on account of Mr Archibald Gillos (Townhead. Hampden), the Yearling Ayrshire bull General Joff of Townhead, sire Oxhill Jimmy (imp.), dam Star of Townhead, by Prince Albert, to Mr T. Craig (East Taieri) ; on account of Mr M. Mickleson (Mihiwaka), shorthorn hull, to Mr T. Henderson (Abbotsford) ; on account of Mr Ifni. J. J. Charters (Ury Park), nine fat cattle, all prize-takers, at satisfactory prices. _________
