Remanded. —Clarence John Cuff was charged with, on September 1, at B.al tint ha. stealing £1 7s 4d from the Colonial Mutual Life Assurance Company, and, further, with, on March 3, stealing a similar amount from the same company, this offence also being committed at Balclulha.
