SOFIA, November 21. The defeat of the Servians at Valievo has created an impression in Bulgarin, where popular feeling sides with, the Entente. M. Malinoff, the democratic leader, in a speech in the Sobranje, demanded the opening of negotiations for ail entente to secure and guarantee the realisation of Bulgarian unity.
