A BLIZZARD AND MANY GALES. WASHINGTON, November l'J. (Received November 21, at 1.20 p.m.) A blizzard struck the- North Atlantic States, extending to Florida. Tlio temperature registered was the lowest for 40 years. There are heavy gal"s along the New England coast, with snow. Four fishing schooners were driven ashore. It is not known how many lives were lost.
