Permission to hold a sports meeting at Mofgiel oil Saturday, Do ember 12, was granted to the M.isgiel Harriers. A report was received from Ihe centre's delegate at the Labor Day sports. One runner whose entry was not in accordance with his performances is to be notified to appear before the next meeting of the centre.

Keid :—" (a) That every amateur athlete' competing in Dunedin must be registered bv trio centre; (b) that the registiation fee bo Is per annum, on payment of which a number v.ili bo issued ; (c) tiiat registration be granted only to financial members, an<! each applicant must state the clubs or clubs to which he belongs ; (d) that miun wear their numbers at all 6ports meetings ; (e) tiiat the registration should be from October 1 to September 30 of the following year." The new rule comes into effect ai once, and the first meeting at which only licensed athletes can compete is the Duiiedin Amateur Athletic Club's evening sports on December 4.
