Jame-s Fletcher, manager of the Taupin Coal Mines at Huntly, was arrested by Detective-sergeant Cooney at Huntly today on a charge of manslaughter in connection with tho recent disaster at the mine. He was brought before the Huntly Court and remanded till November 27. Bail was allowed, self at £l5O aaid two suieties of an equal amount.
