MEETING OF BOARD OF .MANAGERS. Mr T. Scott presided over the meeting of the Technical School Board of Managers held vesterdav afternoon. Meters A. Burt W. Ocddes, J. A. Haslett. G. 0. Israel, T. W. Kempthorue, J. H. Wilkinson, E. F. Duthie. J. E. Wlu'te, A. F. Quelch, and A. M'Millan also attended.
