PUBLICATIONS RECEIVED
A copy of Bishop's ' European War Map end Men of the Hour' has been forwarded tu us by Mr George A. HNhop, publicity agent, Crawford street. The publication is very complete and up to date, and shows in the clearest possible manner the theatre of operations in the present war. The map is embellished with excellent photographs of Kitchener, Joffre, Jellicoe, French, and other men of the hour. Wp have received a little book issued bv tho Queenstown branch of the Dunedin Kxpaiisioii League, entitled 'Wondrous Wakatipu.' For the man of moderate means and limited time Queenstown is an ideal holiday resort. A glorious climate and magnificent scenery are its chief recommendations, and it's just the place for the tired city worker after a year's hard work. The booklet is, an excellent guide, well written, and attractively got up.
