BREACH OF PROBATION.
At to-day’s sitting of the Supreme Court, Edward Kelly, aged 20, was broagtit beloru the Court tor lading to comply with tho conditions of his release on probation after conviction for breaking and entering and theft at Queenstown in July last. Mr Justice Kixn said tho only course was to sentence prisoner (wuoso conduct on probation had not been good) lor the oUences of which ho had been originally eouvielod. The sentence would be 12 mouths imprisonment with hard labor.
