MEXICO CITY, November 6. (Received November 2, at 11.55 a.ra.) After several minor revolutions, fomented at the instance of Villa, General Gutierrez was selected ae Provisional President of Mexico, Villa agreeing to withdraw his pretensions if Carranza was also eliminated.
