[Pes Exited Press Association.] CHIIISTCmJRCH, November 5. In the Supreme Court to-day Thomas Maude, solicitor, pleaded guilty to the theft of £2,400 (trust moneys) from James Copland. He was sentenced to three years' hard labor on this and on the charge on which he was convicted yesterday, the terms to be concurrent. Frank Bowring Turner, solicitor,- was sentenced to six months' inxprisonment for jtho niissyjpropriation of £l7 (tn»J moneys^.
