TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —" Let Otago Try " expresses tho thought that many of us have had. Why should wo not have a sacred concert, as suggested by him, on Sunday evenings—say in tho Octagon Hall, after tho church services are over? While on this point, I hope that the 30th, of this month (St. Andrew's Day) will not be overlooked. Let us havo a truly popular (I mean in respect to prices) concert in tho Garrison Hall that evening, and hand the entire proceeds over to the Belgian relief fund. Wako up, and rally round the Flag!— I am, etc., J.G.K. November 4.
