The monthly meeting of the. Of ago Motor Club_ was hold in the. Dunedin .fo'ekev Club's Rooms la.-j. evening, there being a full attendance of members, Mr C. A. Alexander being in the chair.

Ihe Chairman stated that subscriptions were coming in freely. The bank hook, laid on the table, showed a credit balance of £132 Is 10d.

Mr M'Dougall, as ono of the committee, responsible for the drawing up of the syllabic, said it had been drafted with' a view to suiting the majority of tho members, and he would like to hear the views of those present. Mr lVatson-Munro expressed a desire to see provision made for a petrol-consump-tion test.
It was. however, decided to hold over consideration of the matter.
The Chairman, in referring to the opening run. held on Saturday last, said ho regretted tho absence of sociability. Mr Ansell said he, too, noted this feature with regret. He would like to see a reliability test for members apart from a teams' readability test.
The conditions governing the hill climb at Signal Hill on Saturday, November 21, were discussed at length and taken clause by clause, *nd »dopted with a, f»w slight amendments.
Fifteen new members were proposed and elected.
Mr A. L. Fogo offered a tin of petrol for a hill-climbing prize.
