Signor Rubini having resigned Treasury owing to differences in the i -'hinet over military expenditure, tbcj whole Cabinet thereupon resigned.
CAIISE OF RESIGNATIONS
ROME, November 1. (Received November 2, at 9.40 a.m.) Signor Rubini proposed to ask the Chamber for 250.000,000 lire (about 9| millions sterling) of new taxation in order to cover the military expenses, but the Premier (Signor Salanclra) and other Ministers thought the moment not opportune.
