Ragnoll. claim 19s 6d, Roods supplied (costs 6s): same v. Wm. Gye. the younger (Clyde), claim 20s (costs'ss): same v. Alexander Mills, claim £1 2s 6rt (costs 6k) : same v. J. T. Mills, claim £1 (costs ss) ; .Tames P. Simon v. Alexander Mills, £3 7s (costs lls >- Krnest O. Nees annlied for an order against John Helladew. who did not appear, for the sum of £2,—Amount 1o be paid forthwith, in default two days' imprisonment.——L. M'Connell v. F. Kennedy, claim £2 12s.—Judgment debtor stated that he was a house painter. He earned lis per day, but had been ill since judgment had been given against him. He paid 12* per week house rent, and had five children. He wes not, prepared to make an offer.-The Magistrate, said he would not make an order, but advised debtor to liquidate the debt, and not show undue preference to any of his creditors.
