MR MASSEY'S OPPONENT. Mr A. G. C. Glass, of To Kamvhata. a. farmer, has been definitely .selected as the Liberal candidate for Franklin, the scat at pit'seut it-presented by the- Prime. Minister. Mr Glass was one of the founders of the New Zealand Earmeis' Union, and was the first oiganiper for that body in the Auckland Piovini.-e. At the present time he is chairman 'of the Waikat-o River Board.
