PARIS, August 20. France is awakening to the national value of healthy sport, and the Government are asking Parliament to grant £20,000 for training athletes to fit them to participate in games. The papers suggest _ that the Government should create a Ministry of Sport. LONDON, August 20. The Duke of Westminster has given £I,OOO to the Olympic Games fund.
