A VETERAN SOLDIER.

[Per United Press Association.] HAMILTON, May 3. Sergeant-major Coleman, of the 4th AY aikato Mounted Rifles, was yesterday presented by the Governor with a longservice medal. Twenty-five years’ service entitles to this, but Coleman has been 32 years connected with permanent forces, which is believed to be a record for the Dominion.
