WANTS "TO TAKE IT OUT."

ADDRESS FROM THE CLOCK TOAVER[Per United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, May 3. Mr P. C. Webb, president of the Federation of Labor, who was among those prosecuied, for obstructing traffic by addressing street meetings, declined to pay his fine, and was yesterday arrested and sent to Lyttelton Gaol. Earlier in the week B. Howard and F. Cooke, local leaders of the Labor-Socialist organisation, were arrested, but as their fines were paid for them they were released. Webb urged his friends on no account to pay his fine.
