(Received January 7, at. 11 a.m.) Air Alfred Russel YVallaco, scientist, author, and president ot the Laud Nationalisation Society, said, in the course of an interview : The continually increasing workers’ wages aic the most beneficial thing that could happen to any country. Britain is the richest country in the world, yet her bones are clanking and rattling with starvation, YY’o do nothing except to say, with a. shrug of the shoulders; “Let. ’em starve.” The accumulation of wealth is a. criminal problem. It would be solved if legislation were passed that the unborn should have no rights. Then the State would become the inheritor of all wealth, and would make ample provision for her heirs.
