PERRY SERVICE TO-NIGHT.
MOKOIA AND TALUNE. TO RUN, The Mokoia will be leaving Wellington to-night in continuation of her trip from Auckland via East Coast ports to Dunedin. The Talune will leave Lyttelton tonight on the arrival of the second express from Dunedin. She will act as ferry steamer to Wellington. Afterwards she will proceed, according to present arrangements, to the West Coast to coal, and then to Auckland and the Eastern Pacific. NO TROUBLE AT THE LYTTELTON END. CHRISTCHURCH, January 7. The Union Company have put on the s.s. Talune for Wellington, which will run to-night. No trouble is anticipated at this end. The hold-up of the North Island and foreign mails has caused a great deal of inconvenience locally. The feeling in both business and Labor circles is that there is something behind the dispute in Wellington which is so far unrevealed.
