» ARMY PARTICIPATE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. ROME, January 5. It is officially stated that the spoils won in Tripoli are estimated at 2J,- millions sterling, including £350,000 cash. Twofifths are to be given to the army, twofifths to the National Treasury, and onefifth to the invalid pensioners' fund.
