Cohen, a member of tho Raoi ing Commission, informs mo that, the Racing Conference will not assemble till July 13, and therefore the date for receiving notices of motion has been extended ta Juno 10. The Trotting Conpronce will probably assemble on July 16. The Racing Conference practically concluded their labors this afternoon. Theii report has, however, to bo forwarded td the Governor, who is at present in Auckland.
