THE WOOL SALES. LONDON. May 21. There was a good .sale. Prices arc unchanged. • For the Tui Clip the top price was Kkl, and the average 9Li. and tor the ■ Tucna the top price was 15J,d and the i avenge 12|d. One hundred ami Ir.v ity-five thousand three hundred and eight y-t’hreo bales were offered, of which 113,823 were sold. PROPER! V SALE. There was a good attendance. at the rooms of Messrs John Reid and Sons to- i day, when that firm offered at auction ; various city and suburban properties. The first lot offered was allotment 96, township of West Dunedin, with fourroomed house and outbuildings thereon (No. 16 Campbell, street, Mornington). Bidding started at £250, and quickly rose to £355, at which figure the property was purchased by Mr Garside. .'Section 108, township of Port Chalmers, containing 35 poles, was sold to Mr John Mill for £SO. The other properties offered were passed in, but were sold privately immediately after the sale at satisfactory prices. These properties were :—Sections 4, 5, 6, 10, and 11, township of Holyrood, fronting the Kaikorai Valley road, and allotment 23, township of Murrayvillc, containing quarter-acre, with frontage to Henry street, Maori Hill.
