POLLS DECLARED VOID.
[Pee United Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, .May 22. Two disputed polls in connection with tho recent Harbor Board elections were the subject of a magisterial inquiry to-day. Objections were lodged by the Paparua and Waimairi counties on the ground that plural voting had been allowed. Both polls were declared void, and tho returning officers were ordered to pay advertising | colts. ' 1 --
