(Received May 1, at 8.30 a.m.) In connection with, the Foreign Office suspensions, Hamon admits the misappropriating of moneys, but pkadfi that the system adopted was one long recognised in tho Foreign Office. Several officials, he declared, were drawing increased pensions as the result of a falsification of decrees promoting them to a higher grade.
