CENSUS RETURNS
[Per United Pekss Association.] BLENHEIM, May 1. The population of the borough of Blenheim is 3,372, compared with 3,351 at the Irist census. The swburbs included, the figures stand at 4,477. Picton has increased from 995 to 1.388, and the population in Marlborough County is 13,122, and of the Sounds County 1.255. LEVIN, May 1. Tho census ivturns for the Borough of Levin show an increase from 1,265 t01,6C8. Horowhenua County returns are incomplete, but a marked increase has already been ascertained.
