Williams (Hope of Cave rB sham). x The St. Kilda Loval Centenary Lodge (M.U.) held their fortnightly meeting t on Tuesday evening in the Masonic Hall, the chair being occupied by the N.G. (Bro. James A. Brown). A letter f was received from the secretary of the Y Dunedin United Friendly Societies' Dis- . ponsary notifying that arrangements ii had been complied with the Hospital . Board for the use of sis beds in the i Dunedin Hospital. P.G. Bro. W. G. f Cole (Loyal Caversham) was installed . as V.G. "in the place of Bro. P. W. ~ Powell (resigned). In order that the ii officers of the lodge might have the ~ pleasure of seeing a full attendance at ■'. the different meetings, it was decided !, to elect a vifrilance committee to wait t on those members who are not too c regular in their attendance. Tho N.G. . then vacated the chair, and the guar- . dian (Bro. It. M'Conucll) took in hand f the carrying out of a musical proo gramme. On resuming business nominations were received for tho various elective offices, the election for which takes place next lodge night. Those replying to the toast of " The Visitors " were:— E.S. Bro. W. Johnston (Loyal Valley), s N.G. Bro. A. Marshall (Loyal Albion), . and Bro. Broadfoot (Hand and Heart). . Prov. G.M. Bro. A. M'Dougall and D.P.G.M. Bro. A. Lawry replied on behalf of the district officers. The receipts for the evening amounted to £2l 13s 4(1.
