A crew of forty-live Filipinos has arrived here, cn route for Melbourne to join the steamer Papanui, which the Marine Board recently stopped from proceeding to sou until certain repairs were carried out. Irately steps were taken by the owners of the Papanui to make her seaworthy. Interesting developments arc expected when the Filipinos reach Melbourne.
