Nathan (the Governor) is considering the question of proceeding against Dinizulu (who was recently sentenced to four years’ imprisonment) on a charge of murder, owing to the evidence which was elicited at the recent treason trials. EARL CREWE’S SURMISE. LONDON, April 16. (Received April 17, at 8.55 a.m.) The Earl of Crewe (Colonial Secretary), in a despatch accepting the verdict in the Dinizulu case, says that he assumes provision has been made for Dinizulu’s maintenance after hi# sentence has been served.
