NO GENERAL STRIKE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright SYDNEY, April 15. The Labor Congres resolved against a proposal to order a general strike. Mr Bowling, one of the delegates, accused certain members of cowardice, and declared that they were totally deficient in the spirit of tight possessed by the Newcastle miners.
