~10 THE EDITOH. Sir,—As very little is known of this admirable work, permit me to sav a few words about it. The object is 'to train boys to become better citizens,' and also to teach them to tako care of themselves, to be clean in mind and body, to be always on the alert, and to help and be considerate to others. A handbook is used, "Scouting for Boys,' costing Is sd. This book deals with all subjects of interest to boys, such as tracking, hut-building, camp cooking, and scores of other, equal! v interesting -things.
