FUTURE MOVEMENTS. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. . BERLIN, April 15. (Received April 16. at 3.20 a.m.) Germany considers that the Samoan expedition lias accomplished its task. The cruiser Leipzig will remain in the South Seas, and the other vessels will proceed to Tsingtan. Owing to proof of the difficulties of communicating with the South Sea colonies, the German Colonial Office is arranging for wireless telegraphic connections with cables through Yap Island.
