THE TURKISH-CRISIS.

TROOPS CHEER THE SULTAN. COMMITTEE OF UNJON ATTACKED. PRINTING OFFICES WRECKED. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. CONSTANTINOPLE, April 15. An infuriated crowd yesterday completely wrecked the printing offices of the 'Shuraiummet' and the ' Tanin' (organs of the Young Turkey party), but the 0 troops prevented them from storming the clubhouse of the Union and Progress Committee. A battalion of troops marched to the Yildiz Kiosk and cheered the Sultan, who appeared at a window and informed them that their demands would be accepted. He advised them to remain quiet, and was confident that the mutineers, since they had stopped their continuous discharge of musketry, were returning to their barracks. The difficulty of the situation is the extreme antipathy shown towards the expelled officers, who have lately neglected their duties and engaged in the political wire-pulling of the Cabinet, which was composed of elements outside the parliamentary parties, and regarded as a transitory arrangement leading to Kiamil Pasha's return. Only Edhem Pasha's courageous interview with the mutineers persuaded them to accept Tewfik Pasha temporarily as Premier. WANT A REVOLUTION. ' CONSTANTINOPLE. April 15. The Second Army Corps, which is at Adrianople, has declared in favor of a revolution. The Adrianople branch of the Committee of Union and Progress ha.s dissolved. THE PALACE IMPLICATED. LONDON. April 15. (Received April 16, at 8.35 a.m.) ' The Times's ' Constantinople correspondent, and also some German newspapers, hint that the Palace was associated with the recent Turkish uprising.
