(Received March 10, at 9 a.m.) It now appears that the Natal 'Mercury's' statement regarding the Delagoa Bay Railway being taken over by the British was inaccurate. It was apparently based on reports concerning a scheme for the eventual accession of Delagoa to the South African Customs Union.
