MADE IN BELGIUM. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 8. (Received March 9, at 8 a.m.) The ' Daily Express' reports that Mr H. Gladstone (Home Secretary) has ordered from French and Belgium firms many thousand pounds' worth of mail-bag canvas, the difference between the British and foreign tenders being about £d a yard.
