FINAL WORD TO VOTERS. You may be confused by the voting papers unless you know just how to vote. If you read this you will have no trouble. The names of the candidates will be printed on the ballot paper in alphabetical order, but not marked in any way. The candidates are : •ARKLE. The names marked * in the above list are the " Moderates " ; those unmarked are the Temperance candidates. You must draw a line through the names of those candidates for whom you do NOT' wish to vote. DO NOT TOUCH the names of the men for whom you DO wish to vote. Don't make a cross, but strike out the names of your opponents. ******* You are entitled to voto to-morrow if your name is on the Parliamentary Roll even if you did not vote last November.
