KING'S MEDAL AND LETTER. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. LONDON, March 7. (Received March 8, at 8.50 a.m.) • Admiral Fawkes presented Charles Arthur Campbell Russell with the King's medal, he being adjudged the best cadet during his term of teaining on the cruiser Cornwall. The King also wrote Russell a special letter, notifying his pleasure at the fact that Russell was an Australian.
