WESTPORT MURDER TRIAL
[Per United Peess Association.] WESTTORT. May 29. The Ikrarke murder care is still proceeding before Mr V ron, S.M., with Mr Wilson for the prosecution and Mr MTkmald for the defence. The evidence this morning was directed to corroboration of the statement that the arcused were at the Victoria Theatre from five minutes to eight onward. The time fixed by one of the prosecution's witnesses when Connelly took Bourke out of Ayers's Hotel and delivered hi-m to ,-iccused w:is übout eight. The Crown is calling rebutting evidenco this afternoon. Chief-detective M'Tlveny and Inspector Black are engaged in the case.
