Mr Paulin telephoned at 2 p.m.: Squally S.W. to N.W. winds, and rain showers; indications improving after sixteen hours. Captain Edwin telegraphs:—Southeasterly moderate to strong winds; glare little movement; tides moderate; weather much colder.
