It is reported in Johannesburg that it is probable the Prince of Wals© may open the Transvaal and Orangia Parliaments when Responsible Government is granted. RECIPROCITY WITH AUSTRALIA. SYDNEY, July 26. (Received July 26, at 10.5 a.m.) Mr Valder, the Government Commercial Agent in South Africa, has written to the Premier asking him to urge on measures to provide for reciprocity between Australia and South Africa.. Everything was in readiness- in South Africa, to initiate a reciprocal policy, and delay on the part of Australia would mean a considerable loss of trade, and would probably force orders to the Argentine.
