AGAIN APPOINTED. •' At the' meeting of the Otago Harbor Board this afternoon, all tho members except Mr Begg being present, Five tenders for the right of receiving apd delivering cargo for a term of tbr.ee yeare were opened, and It \va4 resolved to accept tbs tender of John Mill and Qq. at 7id per top, tbe same price as that .of the old contract with the same finp.
