At a meeting of the Timani branch of the Amalgamated Society of Railway Servants, a resolution was passed disapproving of the action of the editor of the 4 Railway Review’ in publishing the very damaging statements made regarding the construction of the new type of engine recently made in the Addington Railway Workshops, and considering the strictures passed unwarranted and inimical to the best interests of the service and the society.
