.John Fincham, an octogenarian, who died on the floating hospital ship in Harwich harbor, had for taany years lived alone in a little boat in the harbor. He resisted all attempts to remove him to the workhouse, but recently he became so ill that he was unable to prevent the port sanitary officer from taking him to the hospital ship.
