Since training has been neglected this club have steadily deteriorated in play, and unless consistent training is indulged in the play and results of the various teams will be of a farcical nature. The club have a credit balance of £4, besides which there are several outstanding subscriptions. I ENGLAND BEATS SCOTLAND. I Press Association-i-By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, March 13.
