The captain and two men in the conning tower wore thrown overboard and savod. Divers, hearing cries in the interior-of the vessel, sought help. The submarine whs refloated, and all .--board wero taved, the crow having sought refuge in the central watertight compartment. (Received July 8, at 0.45 p.m.) The subnKU-ine at Bizerta ir? still submerged. The crew responded to ihe diver's signal this morning, but no response was obtained to the aiternoon signal.
